Villa Amit is a stunning stone-made rustic villa, ideally located on the slopes of a verdant hill in Sivota. Villa Amit boasts a unique setting, as it overlooks the beautiful bay and the natural surroundings! Villa Amit sits in a verdant property along with 2 other private villas. The big bonus of this villa complex is that the driveway to it leads directly to a private bar that is exclusively used by our quests. There, our guests will also find a “lookout” area with tables and chairs, where they can sit and take in the breathtaking view.

Villa Amit is a delightful place to spend your holidays in Lefkada! Our location provides maximum enjoyment of the fabulous view, while the amenities guarantee a relaxing stay. The villa can accommodate 4 persons, be it couples, families or groups of friends. It also has a pool, an outdoor patio, and a parking area.

Villa Amit has traditional decor and is designed based on the comfort of our guests, offering the utmost privacy. The main entrance of the villa leads straight to the living/dining room and the spacious kitchen area on the ground floor of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, tableware, and a coffee machine. It has all the utensils needed for whipping up a proper meal. The living/dining area is equipped with a 43” Smart TV, a fireplace and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, accommodating 2 extra persons.

On the first floor of Villa Amit, there are two spacious air-conditioned double bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor patio. The other bedroom, which also leads to the patio, has a veranda with a stunning view of the sea and nature.

The spacious outdoor patio of our villa is packed with plants and embellished with flowers, emitting an exotic aura. It has a pool, sunbeds and an outdoor dining area with chairs and a table. There’s also a parking space that can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
